TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. Only PAID ORDERS are accepted. First pay, first serve.

3. I'll make sure I order the correct items. If merchant ships wrongly it's not my fault, really.
4. If merchant ships damaged item, cost will be shared among all participants.
5. Post your order and payment together in one comment. If not, please reply to your own comment after payment is made.
6. Frozen comments = Order taken.
7. ALL REFUNDS will be made at my own leisure. So, don't bust the cap. And make sure that your item is not OOS!
8. Local postage charges will be collected when the items arrive at my place.
9. No backordered items.
10. I'll keep your items for 15 days after they arrive at my place. After that, I'll dispose of them at my own discretion.
11. Updates will be done via Email/my LJ. Please double check that the email you've given is correct!
12. I reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is not good and refund accordingly.
13. $0.50 handling fee will be collected per participant.
14. No interbank transfers. You already have 2 banks to choose from.
15. No ATM transfers. PLEASE. Get your friend to iBank for you or something.
16. Excess from exchange rate will not be refunded.
17. I reserve the right to reject any orders at my sole discretion.
